A DISCUSSION BEFORE A COMMITMENT.
Government and municipal fleet inquiries
We are developing a service approach for public-agency light-duty vehicles. This page invites scope discussions; it is not a statement of current government contracts or procurement qualification.
Booking and customer accounts open in our separate service system.
Potential service scope
A future engagement could focus on approved oil and filter service, brake work, fluid maintenance and vehicle condition documentation at an authorized location. Each proposed task, vehicle category and worksite must be reviewed. We do not claim to cover all municipal vehicles or heavy equipment.
Procurement comes first
The agency’s procurement rules, vendor registration, insurance requirements, licensing or credentials, safety requirements and payment terms must be reviewed before any commitment. We do not represent that a specific certification, insurance limit or government vendor status has already been obtained.
Discuss the operating requirements
Share the agency contact, general vehicle count and types, service city, proposed scope, scheduling constraints and procurement timeline. Do not send confidential fleet, security or employee records in an initial inquiry. We can then discuss whether the work is an appropriate fit.
Proposed documentation and approvals
A potential plan should identify unit numbers, authorized approvers, agreed service intervals and the documents required at completion. Any promised reporting format, service level, staffing or response time belongs in the approved agreement, not an assumption based on this website.
No award or endorsement implied
No agency logos, government endorsements, past contract claims or guaranteed award eligibility are used here. Request a capability discussion before including Old Creek Fleet Service in operational plans. An inquiry is not a bid, contract, reserved capacity or authorization to begin work.
