A request is not a guaranteed appointment. Review the actual quote and appointment confirmation for scope, price, taxes, fees and timing. Additional work requires separate approval. Safe service location

Mobile work requires a suitable, level and accessible location and permission to work there. Some repairs or conditions require a shop. Safety and condition checks advertised here are not Texas state inspections or certifications. For an unsafe vehicle, avoid driving and arrange appropriate assistance.

Accounts and external services

Booking and account features are handled on separate systems. Their applicable notices and terms govern use of those systems. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents through ordinary email.
