For brake noise, worn components or warning lights, describe the symptoms and when they occur. Inspection findings determine the proposed next steps. Diagnostic work has its own scope and quoted charge; a request is not a free diagnosis.
Know what is included
Your quote should identify the proposed work, parts, labor and applicable charges. If the inspection reveals additional work, we quote it separately for your approval. Any starting-at figure is a starting point, not your final total.
A suitable place to work
Tell us whether the location is a driveway, business yard or parking area, and whether you have permission for vehicle work. Level ground, safe access, vehicle condition and site restrictions affect what can be performed. Some repairs need a shop.
For personal vehicles and work vehicles
